Social dances that combine the elegance of French quadrilles with the wild energy of Irish music. You can often see these dances at Irish dance events in the Czech Republic and abroad. Dancers like to add battering to the music — a kind of light step dancing in soft shoes rooted in Irish sean-nós.
ℹ️ Practical info
- For Tuesday classes, please bring shoes that do not mark the floor (ideally dress shoes with leather soles). Happy to advise.
- Dancers enrolled for the second semester 2025/26 receive a 20 EUR discount on the full pass for Setdance Weekend in Prague.
